Essential after swimming outdoors, now worn most days whether swimming or not!

Easy add on, take off extra warmth

I have been enjoying the extra comfort of these haramakis when it's cold.

Easy to slip on over a base layer and take off when you warm up through activity such as gardening or training.

I particularly enjoy the extra protection from draughts up the back.

I'm a tai chi qigong practitioner so I can appreciate the Traditional Chinese Medicine theory here.

It makes sense to protect and nourish the the kidneys.

But practice trumps theory as these certainly work in practice.

Highly recommended.

Oh, and Catherine was very patient in helping me get the correct size.

Exchanges were swift and hassle free.

Brilliant product, lovely colours & super comfortable

These tummy/waist warmers are brilliant. They fit perfectly. I love the colours, I have pink, blue & purple. They cover the gap between leggings or trousers and just under my bra. I always wear a vest under a t-shirt, to save showing any skin as I move around. Trousers and leggings are not high waisted enough for my liking. It’s an extra warm, comfy, soft layer in the winter and I’m looking forward to trying them out in the summer, as hopefully I won’t need a vest. I highly recommend these products. They have washed really well at 40 degrees, without fading or losing their shape.

Good quality

These back warmers are great for keeping your back warm without being bulky.

They also provide some support which has helped my back pain.

They wash well.
