Please see our sizes below. We have given women's sizes below as a guide. Haramakis are Unisex   and are recommended for men too (see bottom of page for inches size guide*). They are designed to fit the body for snugness and full NukuNuku effect!

All of our haramaki belly bands can also be worn for maternity wear as pregnancy bands. For maternity, it is advisable to go one size up from your normal size.

*Small (24"-26" waist), Medium (28"-30" waist), Large (32"-34" waist), XL (36"-38" waist)
