• UK Royal Mail - Starts at £1.50 and maximum £3.00.
  
• International (airmail) - an additional £4.00 (£3 for Europe)

Orders will be sent out within 5 working days.

Gifts etc: If you would like the order sent to an address other than your own please add that in a message when paying.

We accept returns  - the following policy applies :

• You must return the goods within 7 working days of receiving them
• The goods must be returned unused and in the same condition they were sent to you
• Please obtain a proof of posting slip when you post it, as we can not refund on items that are lost in the post on the way back to us
• We will refund your transaction in full within 7 working days of receiving the goods back (not including postage)

If you need to exchange your goods for something else on the website please email info@nukunuku.co.uk. You can then order the correct size/colour and we will send it out to you. We will then replace your original purchase as soon as we receive your return (within 7 working days of receipt please and unused). There will be an extra charge for p&p. Please note: Angora Haramaki will require an extra £3.50 charge if an exchange is required as they are dyed to order and sent registered post.
